Contact our office by phone or through our online contact form with your patient's information and area of concern.

2. Initial Consultation:

Your patient meets with our physicians and clinical team for a complete medical evaluation, including any relevant diagnostic testing (Styku 3D Body Scan, PNOĒ Metabolic Analysis, or lab work).

3. Personalized Care Plan

We design a treatment plan tailored to your patient's goals and medical history, integrating the appropriate services from our wellness, hormone, pelvic health, pain management, or aesthetic offerings.

4. Coordinated Care

With your patient's consent, we're glad to share relevant updates with your practice so you can remain informed and involved in their overall care.

5. Ongoing Follow-Up

We provide continued monitoring and support to help your patient sustain their results long-term.
